Instead, it outlines the terms and conditions of the marketing services to be provided by one party to another. Scope of services: The marketing services to be provided by DONE4YOU Marketing are outlined, including the specific tasks to be performed, the deliverables, and the timelines. Payment terms: The payment terms are outlined, including the total cost of the marketing services, payment due dates, and accepted payment methods. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 60 days notice. The client may be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the date of termination. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information or data shared during the course of the engagement. Intellectual property: The client retains ownership of any intellectual property created or provided by them during the engagement, while DONE4YOU Marketing retains ownership of any intellectual property created by them during the engagement. Liability: DONE4YOU Marketing is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of the engagement, unless it is due to gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the service provider. Governing law: The agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DONE4YOU Marketing is located. (Minneapolis, MN) By using a no contract marketing agreement, both parties can agree to work together without the need for a formal contract. It can be a flexible and low-risk way for clients to engage marketing services without committing to a long-term relationship or incurring legal fees associated with a formal contract.

A 3 projects and 3 revisions policy limits the number of projects and revisions that a client can request. Project Limit: Each DONE4YOU Marketing client is limited to a maximum of three marketing projects at a time. This is to ensure that our agency can maintain a high level of quality and focus on each project. Revision Limit: Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions. This means that the client can request changes to the deliverables up to three times without incurring additional fees. Additional Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond the three rounds included in the project will be charged $25/additional round of edits. The client will be notified of this policy in advance of the project, and will have the opportunity to request additional revisions before they are charged. Scope of Work: The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the project begins. This will ensure that both the client and their DONE4YOU Marketing manager are aligned on the deliverables and the expectations for the project. Client Communication: The client will be assigned a dedicated marketing manager, who will serve as the main point of contact for all communication. This will help to ensure clear and efficient communication, and reduce the likelihood of misunderstandings or miscommunications. Project Timeline: The project timeline will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the project begins. The client will be informed of any potential delays or issues that may impact the project timeline, and DONE4YOU Marketing will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. By implementing a 3 projects and 3 revisions policy, DONE4YOU Marketing can ensure that clients have a clear understanding of the services and limitations provided, while also enabling DONE4YOU Marketing to manage its workload effectively and deliver high-quality work.

Communication: DONE4YOU Marketing will acknowledge receipt of the notice and provide instructions on the next steps. The clients marketing manager may schedule a meeting or call with the client to discuss the reason for discontinuation and explore any possible solutions. Outstanding Fees: The client must settle all outstanding fees before the effective date of discontinuation. If any fees are outstanding, the client will continue to be charged the monthly service fee. DONE4YOU Marketing may withhold any deliverables or services until all outstanding fees are paid. Artwork Release Policy

An artwork release fee will be charged to clients when a artwork file is released for their use. These fees help compensate DONE4YOU Marketing for the time and effort spent creating the design, and also protect their intellectual property rights. Fee Structure: We charge a flat fee of $50 for the release of artwork files. This fee covers the time and effort required to create the design and transfer the use of the file(s) to the client. Communication of Policy: Our artwork release fee policy is communicated clearly to clients in our agreement, proposals, and other communications. Clients are made aware of the fee before the project begins, so there are no surprises or misunderstandings. Options for Clients: We offer two levels of design file release to our clients: Basic Release: This level of release allows the client to use the design for personal use only. The client is not permitted to modify or reproduce the design in any way without our permission. Full Release: This level of release transfers ownership or license of the design file(s) to the client. The client is permitted to modify or reproduce the design as they see fit. Payment Terms: Payment for the artwork file release fee is due upon completion of the project and will be billed on the clients next marketing statement. Enforcement of Policy: We enforce our artwork file release fee policy consistently to ensure that we are compensated fairly for our work and that our intellectual property rights are protected. By implementing a clear and fair design file release fee policy, we can ensure a successful and profitable business while also providing valuable services to our clients.
